Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic in Tonawanda, NY. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm shift.

Responsibilities include scheduling PMs, logging maintenance, and communicating repair needs with fleet management to keep the truck fleet safe and compliant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of preventive maintenance on heavy vehicles, diesel engine knowledge, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years' experience performing preventative maintenance on commercial trucks.
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and truck components.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Maintain a drug-free lifestyle as per company policy.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to support our shop operations and ensure our vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles


• Maintain accurate PM logs, service records, and inspection documentation


• Communicate vehicle status and repair needs with the head mechanic and fleet management team


• Follow all company safety standards and federal regulations
