Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Mechanic Millwright for our Cheswick, PA location. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to accommodate operations were you will install, repair and align complex equipment.

You will work with lathes, milling machines, and other machinist tools, performing laser alignment and precision maintenance to support DoD and nuclear-related systems.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in the Mechanic Millwright repair field.
• High School graduate with four-year Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship or an Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology.
• Prior machining experience with lathe, milling machine, boring mill, etc.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, reconstruct, repair and rebuild machines and major site equipment.
• PM work including laser alignment.
• Operate a lathe and milling machine and other machinist equipment.
• Use department communication devices and handle precision instruments.
