Curtiss-Wright North America is seeking a Mechanic Millwright for our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location. The role focuses on installing, repairing, and reconstructing complex machinery and site equipment, including Test Loops, with PM laser alignment and precision measurements.

Candidates must have a millwright apprenticeship or an associate degree in mechanical technology and at least four years of repair experience. US citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School graduate with completion of a four-year Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship or a two-year Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology.
• Four years of experience in Mechanic Millwright repair.
• Experience with lathe, milling machine, boring mill, and related machinery.

• Perform day-to-day repair, modification and replacement of Test Loops.

Use department communication devices.All types of machine tools, such as, but not limited to conventional equipment, numerical-controlled equipment, boilers, pumps, and all types of raw materials, i.e., structural steel material, bar and flat sock, soldering and other metal joining materials.**What You Bring: **High School graduate plus completion of a four-year Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship or a two-year Associate Degree in Mechanical TechnologyFour years’ experience working in the Mechanic Millwright repair field.
