Looking for candidates with Plumbing and Electrical backgrounds
Diagnose, repair, and install using blueprints, codes, specifications, and industry standards. Ensure accurate and complete time and material records, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and piping systems, and train less experienced personnel.
Assist other tradesmen in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Learn and operate the hospital's computerized DDC building automation system. Maintain HVAC/R parts inventory and perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations, documenting all work in the CMMS Program via iPad.
Correct leaks, sewage stoppages, and equipment malfunctions. Cut, bend, thread pipes, and install medical gas lines. Support hospital renovation projects by system installation, reconfiguration, and inventory management. Perform plumbing repairs and asbestos removal, and overhaul pumps and heat exchangers.
Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems, including low voltage systems like fire alarms, card access, and nurse call systems. Install and maintain electrical conduit, wiring, and circuits, and operate high voltage switchgear.
This position offers a hiring range of $28.20 - $47.30.
