Responsibilities

  • Maintenance spare parts inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Perform general preventative maintenance and repairs on facility machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues and pneumatic valves.
  • Weld, fabricate and patch steel components as needed.
  • Rig and install motors, conveyor pulleys, and other heavy machinery.
  • Maintain and back up sorting computer software and parameters.
  • Complete daily maintenance logs and manage preventative Maintenance programs.
  • Communicate equipment issues across shifts and support team efforts.
  • Provide on the job training to new employees and serve as backup for other technicians.
