Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Production Line Worker-1 in Delavan to operate and monitor production installations, ensuring products meet specifications. The role involves handling pumps, taps, data entry, and routine maintenance tasks within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Handle and adjust installations according to procedures and policies.
Serves pumps, open and close taps as needed.
Fixes alerts and monitors process.
Analyze and perform quality checks to meet process requirements.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate with colleagues to ensure quality.
Control quantity produced by each installation.
Carry out auxiliary tasks as directed by supervisors.
Assist maintenance technicians in small and large maintenance activities.
Collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to ensure continuous production.
Enter production data into the IT system.
Use PPE properly and follow safety policy.
