Job Title: Mechanic / Equipment Technician

Location: Eatontown, NJ

Type: Full-time, direct hire

Compensation: $65,000.00 to $68,000.00

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Mechanic / Equipment Technician with at least approximately 3–5 years of hands‑on technical, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance experience to support our production operation in Eatontown, NJ. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with machinery, diagnosing problems, making repairs, and learning how specialized production equipment operates. Our facility manufactures highly secure financial products, so equipment reliability, product quality, confidentiality, safety, and strict adherence to established procedures are critical to our operation.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in every type of industrial equipment.
