Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking diesel mechanics of all skill levels who can hit the ground running and deliver top-notch service for our rental fleet. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers, working with a team that values hustle and problem solving.

• Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more)
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in "ready-to-work" condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
