Job summary

Arrow Stage Lines in Phoenix is seeking a 1st Shift Diesel Service Technician/Mechanic to maintain our motorcoaches and keep a safety rating high. Pay starts at $28 per hour and increases with experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years fleet maintenance experience.
• Brake and AC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining bus and coach fleets at Phoenix location; 90% on-site, 10% travel.
• Diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine service on fleet.
• Inspecting brakes, steering, wheel bearings, and other systems.
• Repairing electrical systems and changing tires.

We are looking to add a1st Shift Diesel Service Technician/Mechanicto our Phoenix location!! Pay starts at $28 per hour and will be commensurate with experience. Duties:

• Maintaining bus and coach fleets for our Phoenix Location. 90% of work is located in Phoenix with 10% of travel necessary.
• Ensuring company has the safest of coaches placed in service, and they are free of mechanical defects with all installed equipment in working order.
• Conducting diagnostic, repair, and routine service of our fleet.
• Inspecting brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
• Repairing electrical systems.
• Changing tires on buses and support vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Brake and AC Certifications preferred.
• 1-2 years fleet maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Preferred Commercial Drivers License with a Passenger and Air Brake endorsements or have the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of basic computer function capabilities.
