What You'll Do as a Mechanic:
As a Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on company vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
- Complete vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Troubleshoot equipment concerns and implement effective repair solutions
- Maintain accurate repair orders, maintenance records, and service documentation
- Identify and address potential mechanical issues before they become major repairs
- Work closely with fellow technicians and operations teams to maximize fleet availability
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

What We're Looking for as a Mechanic:
- Previous experience as a Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Auto Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or related role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
