Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Technician for its Alabama manufacturing setting. This hands-on role involves using hand and power tools, troubleshooting equipment, and performing routine inspections and repairs to keep machines running smoothly.

You will work in shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and join a team focused on reliability and safety. Prior maintenance experience in production is valued, with teammate-to-hire potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, or maintenance environment is valued.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Hands-on mechanical work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and work with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues.

Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
