Job summary

Integrity-Staffing-Services is seeking an experienced Structural Welder for a position in Goose Creek, SC. The role requires 3-5 years of welding experience in the shipbuilding industry, with expertise in Pulse Mig and Flux Cored techniques.

The successful candidate must be able to work in various positions and pass a hair follicle drug test. Compensation includes $38/hr, $45 if you pass the pulse test, plus $135 per diem if qualified.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Structural Welding.
• Ability to pass Pulse Mig (GMAW-P) test in 2G, 3G, 4G positions.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding on steel parts and assemblies.
• Determine layouts and weld parts according to engineering drawings.
• Work in confined spaces and heights.

• Performs welding on steel parts and assemblies to required tolerance using welding metals and metal alloys.
• Determine layouts and weld parts and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Heating-Oxygen/propane heating torch
• Air Carbon Arc Gouging
• Multi pass butt welds
• Can work in confined spaces and heights
• Hight School diploma or equivalent and 5 years additional education and /or related experience; Apprentice graduate/associate’s degree in relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience
• Familiar withOSHAregulations
• Must be able to pass hair follicle drug test

Hours

• 2nd Shift-3:30pm-12:00am
