The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Mechanical Product Design Manager for Digital and Power Electronics Engineering to lead a high-visibility team. You will guide cradle-to-grave mechanical PCB design, electronics packaging and thermal/structural/vibration analysis for space missions.

In this role you will collaborate with senior engineers, suppliers and customers to deliver robust designs, manage resources, and shape the technology roadmap for satellite programs, onsite at Boeing

Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• BS Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical) or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Electronics Packaging Design.
• Experience in leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency with CREO, Teamcenter, MS Project, Mentor Xpedition.

Responsabilités

• Manages employees in mechanical engineering for Power and Digital Electronics product design.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
