Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering trades or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer or 10+ years of experience.
• Teaching/mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for MEP staff.
• Create design standards in conjunction with MEP leaders.
• Source internal and external expertise for training content.
