Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience in grocery perishable department or meat wrapping preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math skills required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Learns to package authorized bovine, pork, and poultry items.
• Wraps, weighs, and prices cuts of meat.
• Ensures displays and case signs are updated appropriately.
• Prepares and places meat cuts and products in display counter.
• Completes cleaning and sanitation of meat cases and meat rooms.
