MEAT/WRAPPER (Finance)

Prepare and display meat items for sale in accordance with company standards and policies. Wait on customers and provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate the company's leadership behaviors and core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements:

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and labels.
• Qualified to operate power tools and equipment like wrappers, slicers, grinders, etc.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning solutions.
• Teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Calmness and tactfulness in stressful situations, maintaining a positive impression.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in meat work or food preparation.
• Dependability and integrity in previous roles.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (OSHA, food safety, etc.).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare and display merchandise neatly and efficiently.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, safety, and proper rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and merchandise freshness in display cases.
• Unload trucks, sort, and prepare merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer and associate relations.
• Sanitize equipment according to policies and health regulations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Assist customers promptly and cheerfully, helping them find products.
• Follow all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including dress code, grooming, and food safety.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
