MEAT/WRAPPER (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and labels.
• Qualified to operate power tools such as wrappers, slicers, grinders, and saws.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals.
• Teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Calm handling of stressful situations and positive interaction with customers and staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in meat work or food preparation.
• Dependability and integrity in past work.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (OSHA, food handling, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and display merchandise neatly and efficiently.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, safety, and proper rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies organized and floors clean and safe.
• Manage inventory levels and freshness in display cases, unload trucks, and prepare merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer and associate relations.
• Sanitize equipment following company and health department policies.
• Maintain a friendly and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Assist customers promptly and cheerfully, helping them find products.
• Follow all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and orderly.
• Adhere to dress code, grooming, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $16.91 - $24.15
