Direct Source Meats in San Antonio, TX is hiring for a Trimmer at the Cook Plant. This role trims and cuts various beef, chicken and pork cuts using a hand knife or whizard knife, in a wet and cold production environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday from 7:30 am until finished with starting pay $15.75 per hour. Benefits include health and life insurance, 401(k), paid training and paid holidays, with opportunities for advancement.
