Qualifications

• Experience with laser portion machinery or other meat production equipment preferred.
• 6 months in production, manufacturing or meat trimming experience required.

Responsibilities

• Trim fat and skin from meat and customize portions per customer and company specs.
• Count and stack portions on trays; label portions with product numbers.
• Set up cutting room as required and maintain clean, sanitary work area.
• Follow GMP practices to maintain sanitary conditions; work in refrigerated environment (35°F–45°F).
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
