Direct Source Meats is recruiting for a Trimmer at the Raw Plant in the United States. The role involves trimming and cutting various meat cuts using a hand knife or whizard knife, with a preference for hands-on proficiency and tolerance to wet, cold conditions.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am until completion; starting pay is $15.75 per hour. We offer a strong benefits package including a $500 sign-on bonus, a $1500 referral bonus, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life

• Proficient in trimming meats with hand knife or similar tool.
• Capable of working in wet and cold environments.
