Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member for the meat department to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation. You will help maintain quality displays, assist customers, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

No prior retail experience is required, and you will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn product knowledge and customer service skills. This role may require nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
• Learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
• Follow procedures including health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by keeping cases clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Maintains back stock and assists with sampling programs.
• Cleans cases, signs, uprights, and equipment as required.
• Provides excellent customer service and effectively upsells products.
• Assists with opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
