Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh display by checking quality, stocking, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
• Maintains back stock in order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggesting selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures sign and pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and complies with procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
