Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, tenderize and merchandize fresh meat products.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Prepare cutting lists, conduct cutting tests and manage weights.
• Monitor refrigeration temperatures and maintain department hygiene.
• Wrap, weigh, label products and replenish displays.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
