Meijer is seeking a Meat Team Leader to oversee day-to-day Meat and Seafood operations, including merchandising, stocking, planograms, pricing and team leadership. You will ensure high-quality service and accurate execution of promotions and pricing across the department.

The role includes interviewing and staffing, training team members, scheduling to meet service goals, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

• Execute day-to-day merchandising, stocking, product flow, planogram and pricing in Meat and Seafood.
• Maintain accurate signing, pricing and promotional execution.
• Control inventory shrinkage and ensure rotation guidelines are followed.
• Train and supervise Meat team members to sustain a high-performance environment.
