Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to help lead one of the busiest departments in the store.

You will assist in managing meat and seafood operations, supervising the team, and ensuring high standards of quality and customer service. The role requires 2+ years in grocery/meat operations, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in meat department leadership
• Ability to manage inventory and ordering
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction and communication
• Assist in hiring, teaching and training the Meat & Seafood team
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and sanitation guidelines
