Sprouts Farmers Market in Naples, FL is seeking a Meat Clerk to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle meat receipt, storage, grinding, weighing, and rotation while guiding customers to products and fulfilling special orders.

The position emphasizes safety, knowledge of weekly ads, and adherence to Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs. Flexibility for varied shifts and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of math, weights and measures.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to perform related duties as assigned.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; able to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the department.
• Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations; follow recipes.
• Must be able to stand up to 4 hours and lift 25–90 lbs; may walk up to 2 miles per shift.
• Able to operate pallet jack and move heavy loads as required.
• Able to move racks/tables up to 70 lbs and work in temperature controlled area.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level of customer service and safe food handling.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload and transport meats from delivery trucks.
• Count and weigh incoming articles and compare to invoices; rotate meats.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and needs.
• Know the weekly ad items and guide customers to product locations.
• Follow the department's Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs.
