Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Meat Department team member to receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, and assist Members with questions about products.

You will rotate stock, stock shelves, ensure safety and cleanliness, follow club policies, and support a fast, friendly member experience in Fairfield, CT. Weekly pay, free memberships, PTO, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and the option to participate in the stock purchase plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises meats and assists Members with questions.
• Inspects and stocks meat, seafood, and related cases; maintains safety and cleanliness.
