Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Meat Clerk II to provide meat prep services, stock service counters and self-service cases, and assist guests at the counter.

You’ll use meat operating tools and work up to 60% of the time, contributing to fresh, high-quality products. This role supports the Smokehouse team where applicable and emphasizes friendly, hands-on service, thoughtful product presentation, and safe sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers at the counter.
• Keep meat and seafood cases stocked and attract guests with samples.
• Operate meat processing tools and equipment up to 60% of the time.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager in making sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
