Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat Clerk to join our team. You will handle meat receiving, storage, grinding, and stocking while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

You will rotate products to prevent aging, follow safety procedures, and assist customers with questions and special orders. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential as you work in a busy department.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable and reliable with ability to perform other duties.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and safe food handling.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock.
• Assist customers with questions and special orders while maintaining a positive environment.
• Follow Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs.
• Ensure accuracy of weights, measures and product locations.
