Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness of meat and seafood cases, storage area, and work area for sanitation and safety.

• Inspects product rotation and checks for expired stock.
• Assists customers with purchases and product selection at the meat counter.
• Uses scales and packaging equipment and maintains proper dating procedures.
