Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness of meat and seafood cases, storage areas, and work spaces for sanitation and safety.
• Stocks and presents meat and seafood items per department schematics, checks pricing and labeling.
• Monitors temperature and quality of products throughout preparation and display.
• Assists customers at the meat counter, answering questions and helping with selections.
• Handles packaging, weighing, and wrapping of meat products while following safety procedures.
