Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market in Minnesota is seeking a Meat & Seafood Clerk to keep meat and seafood cases stocked, clean, and inviting. You will assist customers, ensure correct pricing and labeling, and maintain accuracy in inventory and temperature controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery retail or meat department a plus.

• Ability to operate knives and meat processing equipment safely.
• Knowledge of weights, measures, and COOL compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep meat and seafood cases clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist customers with purchases and product selection at the meat counter.
• Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and rotation of products.
• Inspect products for quality, temperature, and freshness.
• Operate equipment safely including knives, scales, and wrappers.
• Support pre-inventory and maintain a sanitary work area.
