Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and stocked meat and seafood cases and work areas.
• Assist customers with purchases, information and product selection.
• Ensure accurate pricing, rotation and tagging of products.
• Operate meat department equipment safely (knives, scales, wrappers).
• Monitor temperatures and freshness during production and service.
• Prepare meat and seafood items following proper procedures.
• Back stock, organize cooler and rotate products for freshness.
• Support team goals and uphold health and safety guidelines.
