Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced store. You will handle meat receiving, storage, grinding, and rotation while answering questions and fulfilling special orders.

Maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and guide customers through product locations. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be dependable and reliable and perform other duties as assigned.
• Outgoing and friendly with strong customer interaction skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; rotate stock and check invoices.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines in the department.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations.
