This hands-on role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 90 lbs, and flexing hours including nights and weekends. You’ll rotate stock, assist customers, and follow store programs like Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting 25–90 lb).

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in the Meat Dept.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock.
• Weigh, inspect, and label products; answer customer questions and fulfill special orders.
• Maintain Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 procedures and uphold safety standards.
