BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring for a Meat Department team member. You will assist Members with questions on meats, poultry, seafood, and prepared foods, weigh and wrap products, and help keep cases stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fresh and processed meats is preferred.
• Knowledge of meat preparation, wrapping and display is helpful.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions about meats, poultry and seafood.
• Weighs, packages, wraps and labels cuts of meat and seafood.
• Assists the meat cutter in packaging freshly cut products.
• Rotates products and ensures cases are stocked and clean.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness per club standards.
