Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and create a selling environment.
• Meet budgeted sales and shrink control for meat/seafood.
• Maintain inventory and ensure in-stock conditions through proper ordering.
• Operate department per merchandising and guidelines.
• Maintain high product quality and freshness; ensure items are in date.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all areas of meat/seafood.
• Provide guidance, orientation, and training to staff.
• Handle product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Manage department labor budget and scheduling to maximize sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
