This role requires hands-on supervision, training of assistants, adherence to TFMA standards within 90 days of hire, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meat and seafood products while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, meat cutting, or culinary roles.
• Ability to read planograms, layouts, and department schematics for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide accurate, timely assistance.
• Handle, cut, and stock meat and seafood products per standards.
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and shrink reduction.
• Direct teams in prepping meat and seafood and meal solutions.
• Coach and train staff using internal training platforms.
