Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in the absence of the department manager and assistant department manager.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Utilize retail store systems for planning, scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in meat/seafood department including cooking procedures.
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and safe workspace.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
