Vallarta Supermarkets in Duarte, CA is seeking an experienced Meat Manager to lead the Meat, Cremeria and Pescaderia departments. This role drives sales, ensures top product quality, and upholds food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules and inventory, coordinate merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service. A 3–5 year retail meat management background and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail meat department management experience preferred.
• Must pass food safety certification every 3 years.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to transfer to other store locations within a reasonable commute.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
