Fresh Thyme Market is hiring a Meat & Seafood Clerk to keep case items well-stocked, cleaned, and properly displayed. You will assist customers, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain safety in meat preparation and storage.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of grocery retail experience in meat operations or natural foods, with a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a full-time, on-site role in our store.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalency degree.
• Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience in Meat department processes and procedures.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Keep meat and seafood cases clean and stocked according to department standards.
• Assist customers with purchases and product selection at the meat counter.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure proper dating, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Operate department equipment safely (knives, scales, wrappers, etc.).
• Support inventory prep and ensure tags and pricing accuracy.
