Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections at meat and poultry facilities.
• Educate plant operators on regulations and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor sanitation procedures and verify HACCP plans.
• Support inspections across multiple counties as assigned.
