Peoplelink, LLC in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Meat Processor for a contract-to-hire role. 1st Shift: 6:00am-3:00pm (Mon-Fri), with 6:00am-4:00pm during busy season. Pay: $19-$24/hr.

Responsible for butchering and fabricating beef, processing cattle, and ensuring food safety throughout production. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, stamina to stand all day, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in a cold environment with strong odors.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Butchering and fabricating cleaned sides of beef into retail/wholesale cuts.
• Process cattle into sides of beef through harvest stages.
• Skinning, cleaning, beheading, and splitting carcasses into halves.
• Trimming fat and deboning primal/sub-primal cuts.
• Portioning meat per specifications for packaging and distribution.
• Safely use knives, saws, and other meat-processing equipment while upholding food safety standards.
