Job summary

Carl Buddig and Company is seeking a Utility Worker to support cooking-side production across multiple areas. You will follow USDA guidelines to produce safe, quality food products and report any food-safety issues to supervision.

Typical duties include processing meat, operating equipment, recording production data, and maintaining clean work areas. Legal work status in the US is required; HS diploma is preferred, with 1–2 years' experience desired.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in multiple areas of the cooking side of production (receiving, grinding, mixing, staging).
• Safely unload and deliver materials and ensure order accuracy.
• Operate stuffer, grinder, and smokehouse equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
• Adhere to USDA food-safety guidelines.
