Carl Buddig and Company is seeking a Utility Worker to support cooking-side production across multiple areas. You will follow USDA guidelines to produce safe, quality food products and report any food-safety issues to supervision.
Typical duties include processing meat, operating equipment, recording production data, and maintaining clean work areas. Legal work status in the US is required; HS diploma is preferred, with 1–2 years' experience desired.

The Utility Worker will effectively perform all required duties in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner as outlined in the Carl Buddig and Company job description. This position works in multiple areas of the cooking side of the production area, including receiving, microwave room, grinding area, batching, mixing, scaling, spice room, stuffing, smokehouse, and cooking. Employees are responsible for producing a safe and quality food product per USDA guidelines and are required to report all food‑safety related problems to their supervisor, manager, or the quality‑assurance department.Pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
