Qualifications

• Prior experience in meat processing, butchery, or food production preferred.
• Proficiency with meat trimming tools including boning knives and processing equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform trimming, cutting, and preparation of meat products to established quality and portion standards.
• Operate meat processing equipment including knives, band saws, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with HACCP and health regulations.
• Monitor and rotate product inventory to ensure proper freshness and minimize waste.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily throughput and yield targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient processing operations.
