Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning, and packaging per specifications and USDA standards.
• Follow food safety procedures including hygiene, handwashing, and gloves.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas per GMP and sanitation policies.
• Report food safety or quality concerns to supervisor or QA.
• Handle and identify raw materials and products to prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE, knives, and equipment properly.
• Perform visual quality checks on appearance, size, and labeling.
