• Ability to perform multiple roles in meat processing while following safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack meat products to meet production demands.
• Utilize tools, processes, and materials to process and package meat products within schedules.
• Follow Food Safety requirements and GMPs.
• Perform visual inspection of meat products to meet specifications.
• Meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Assist in cleanliness of general work area.
