Job summary

Qualifications

Lobos Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for an established organic meat company located in the Hayward area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operating experience, strong knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) , and experience working in a food manufacturing environment.

This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with an ASAP start.

Core Duties

Key Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience , preferably in food, meat, or organic food manufacturing.


• Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety practices.


• Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation.


• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and make machine adjustments.


• Knowledge of proper gowning, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.


• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work in a regulated production environment.


• Experience working with or around USDA inspectors is a plus.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.


• Must be dependable and willing to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule.
