Tyson Foods is seeking a Team Member to operate grinders and related equipment on the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will handle meat blending, equipment setup and teardown, and maintain accurate batch records in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The role requires willingness to work overtime, meet physical demands, and comply with GMP/SQF requirements; prior machine operation and basic math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow formulations, input data, and maintain records.
• Willingness to obtain tow motor certification.

Responsabilités

• Operate power lifts, hand mules, dumpers, augers, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and bone removal.
• Add water, cures, seasoning, corn syrup, and other ingredients for correct batching.
• Keep grinders and other equipment stocked and ready for use.
• Maintain accurate batch records per company policy.
• Move up to 5,000 pounds of meat per day from tank to tank.
• Assemble, operate, and tear down grinder equipment and related systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
• Participate in job rotations and perform other assigned tasks.
